Power Sculpting Circuit at Castle
Hill Fitness
A fast paced body shaping class that
works every major muscle group while keeping your heart rate up.
You will burn fat, improve muscular conditioning, and reshape your
body. This class uses small free weights with high repetitions to
enhance tone. The right size weights will be recommended for each
student, depending on fitness level. You will increase lean body
mass by combining high repetition weight training with music in an
aerobic environment.
